Getting to the Heart of the Problem

Sometimes the problem isn't straight forward. Units can have sporadic issues or have symptoms that are counter intuitive to their root cause. This is where experience counts. Our team gets to the root of the problem and doesn't just treat the symptoms. Leaks in a refrigeration system are a big one. Recharging the unit isn't a permanent fix. That's why we have specialized equipment to pinpoint leaks. This unit had the vibration dampener fail multiple times. We got to the heart of the problem and found that a pipe was cut too short and stressing the dampener causing premature failure.

Our techs dove into the unit and found a small nick in the wire from vibration that would cause a short every so often.
